QtCreator add qt's bin folder to the PATH

    Description

      It adds C:\Qt\5.7\mingw53_32\bin for mingw and C:\Qt\5.7\msvc2015\bin for msvc to the path in clean/system environnement in Run configuration.

      It wasn't the case in QtCreator 4.4.1 .

       

      it create issues in my use case because i made a builder tool developped in Qt that launch cmake in order to build other Qt programs. It messes cmake to have the builder's Qt version in the path.
