Cannot switch to VCS Output pane during permanent Application Output

      When there is permanent Application Output, e.g. some periodic qDebug(), it's possible to switch to any pane (Issues, Search Results, Compile Output, Debugger Console ...) but not to Version Control.

      Expected Behavior: Version Control should be selectable during app output also.
