Attached is a qbs project with some custom modules and submodules. 

In the project tree in QtCreator, only the "mybase" module shows up in the "Qbs files/qbs" category. I'd expect that also the module used as "test.sub.m1" would show up there. 

This is a small reproduction project based on a large project where there are lots of submodules like this. That project also has an issue where the source files (like "main.cpp") here will show up in QtCreator as a file "outside the current project". Also, some of the items in the qbs/imports directory do not show up in the tree. So far I've not been able to reproduce that in a small project. I'll expand this test project until it happens and create a separate report for that.
