The console output file link parsing RegEx mismatches time strings

When a debug output __FILE__, __LINE__ is matched by the RegEx used in qtoutputformatter.cpp git link and the "file:///..." string is followed by i.e. a regular timestamp, the resulting link is extended until the middle of the time; example:

file:///e:/WORK/PROG/T3WIN/SVN/Shared/gAppTools.cpp:157 2018-03-21 10:54:45.706

Note: ANSI parsing also does not seem to work before or after such inserted links.
