journald: Use ephemeral scope to catch logs from children

      When starting a process from Qt Creator while creator watches the logs, any log output from children will be lost as creator only gets output from journald that matches the current PID.

      Using systemd-run to create a new scope for the process would solve that issue: Creator could then collect all the output from the scope instead.
