Environment is (almost) empty when debugging without Run in terminal

      Based on Qt 5.10.0 (GCC 7.3.1 20180227, 64 bit)

      I try to debug an application via

      Debug -> Start Debugging -> Start and Debug External Application...

      When I select "Run in terminal", the environment is complete.

      When not selected, the environment just contains (from /proc/<PID>/environ):

      PWD=/tmp
      LINES=24
      LC_NUMERIC=C
      COLUMNS=80
      SHLVL=0
