"Make" option missing in deployment steps

      Qt Creator 4.6.0

      Qt 5.x MinGW 32bit (affects all MinGW Kits from Qt 5.6 to 5.10)

       

       

      After updating Qt Creator to 4.6.0 (from 4.5.0) the "Make" option is missing from the deployment steps, causing projects that were configured to use this step with the "install" command line argument in Qt Creator < 4.6.0 not to be deployed anymore. 

      In the Build steps the "Make" option is still present and works as expected.
