      Create sample base class for sending telemetry data to REST-server backend:

      • QTelemetry::INetworkManager - Interface abstract class
      • QTelemetry::QNetworkManager – base class for actually sending JSON data to backend
      • Test REST-API server - dummy or DB based (SQLite or PostgreSQL), based on Node.JS Express or QttpServer.
