Collected data sources

QtCreator items to be collected:

• Which Qt tools are used – from Qt Creator mode
  • Time spent on each tool:
    • Welcome screen
    • Editor
    • Quick Designer,
    • widget designer,
    • SCXML editor
    • Debug mode
    • Projects mode
    • Help mode
  • – estimation. Start time, end time. Even better if calculated in the frontend
• Builds count data source
• Qt help
  • Searched key words, searched index values
• Qt settings
  • Which settings used, time to enter settings, time to enter cancel/accept the settings window, i.e. time estimate how much time used for the specific settings
• Examples searched and opened, tutorials watched
• Creator crash data (possibly implemented by the team, so do not worry about this yet)
• Kit data. Kit name MUST NOT be collected. However, compiler, platform, target platform, debugger
• Build System Data Source: Qmake, cmake, qbs, autotools, etc (if easily visible)
