qmlproject needs a valid compiler

    Description

      • Create a new .qmlproject (Other Project/Qt Quick UI Prototype)
      • Configure a kit for that project
      • Set <No Compiler> for the configured kit

      Outcome: The kit becomes invalid and new projects will not be configured with this kit by the wizard.

      The project can be run if configured manually.

      We need some kind of setting for a kit that keeps a kit valid even if no compiler is set.
