    Description

      From qtcreator 4.3.0 to 4.6.0, including designer.exe, without doing anything after starting, a thread takes up about 10% of CPU, resulting in a service occupancy of about 15% (Windows Audio Endpoint Builder).
      From Qt5.9.0 to Qt5.10.1, there has been no repair
