Enable Qt Quick Compiler does not work with Qt 5.11

    Description

      With Qt Quick Compiler merged into qtdeclarative in 5.11, the logic in Qt Creator only checks for the presence of the qtquickcompiler binary, which is not present in 5.11 since it is named as qmlcachegen in there. Probably it could just check if mkspecs/features/qtquickcompiler.prf is present so it works with 5.11 and older.
