qtquickcompiler option cannot be enabled with Qt5.11 via QtCreator Build Settings

    Description

      Eventhough quickcompiler is not a separate distribution from 5.11, it seems like Qt Creator checks if Qt Quick Compiler is separately installed to enable "qtquickcompiler" checkbox.
