"Show all bindings" filter in outline also toggles things that are not bindings

    Description

      The outline in the sidebar has a filter that says "Show all bindings". Disabling that not only disables bindings in the outline, but also signal handlers, and signal and property declarations, but not, for example, functions.

      The text should be changed to tell us exactly what this filter does or the filter should be changed to toggle only bindings.
