Highlighting a class name and pressing the F2 key for "Follow Symbol Under Cursor"
too often result in a useless forward declaration being shown, even when the full class
definition is located in a file including in one of the open projects.

The lookup needs to be made more powerful, such that it finds the actual class definition
with member methods and data.
