I use a laptop with a touchpad. Vertical Scrolling and Horizontal Scrolling work with all my applications except QtCreator, where horizontal scrolling does not work, or even openly, it interacts with another system window, such as "explorer.exe".
This is the "gesture" function where we use the "2 fingers" to drag from top to bottom, or from left to right, to scroll.
