Android - debugger is not working

Debugger works fine on new empty projects and worked fine on my real project until I did "Create Templates" and performed additional actions on created Android files.

Qt Creator gives me the following error message:

 Connecting to remote server failed:
 Remote communication error. Target disconnected.: No error.

I created the minimal reproducible example.

I'm trying to debug on emulator, not a real device.
