Generated .ui header files corrupt the clang code model

    Description

      When navigating to any generated .ui header files, with ctrl-click #include "ui_example.h", the code model gets messed up and does not resolve any identifiers correctly.

      Closing and reopening the document does not help, restart is needed.

      Minimal testcase: any app from the Qt Widgets Application wizard
