Warn if project or build directory contains spaces, non-ASCII or special characters

    Description

      There has been several issues here or in the forum due to project directories with whitespaces or non-ASCII characters [1]. Issues may arise during compiling, when trying to resolve compile error messages or even debugging.

      Therefore I suggest to print a warning to the issues list, when such a directory is used for the project or for the shadow build.
