Autocomplete list disappears while typing

While typing, autocomplete initially offers a list of choices. The list disappears while typing after a few characters.

Example:

In the basic drawing example, go into method Window::shapeChanged(), add a new line after the last statement and start with "if (shape !="

• I then try to type "WindowF" and autocomplete to "WindowFlags". The list disappears as soon as I completed typing "Window"
• I want to type "RenderA" and autocomplete to "RenderArea". The list disappears as soon as I completed typing "Render"

This is a particular problem in large projects with long, structured class names.
