Some composed keyboard combination seems blocked in QtCreator while working fine in desktop

    Description

      On macOS high sierra / Linux/X11 with QtC 4.7 (Did not remember such issue in previous version) some keyboard combinations are blocked from typing.

      Some examples:

      • macOS
        • French keyboard
          • Alt+Shift+L to type a | character no longer works
        • German keyboard
          • Alt+Shift+l to type a - character no longer works
        • UK keyboard
          • Alt+Shift+l to type a Ò character no longer works
      • Linux/X11
        • French keyboard (apple iso alu)
          • All right keypad keys no longer works (I had to remap them with the key remaper software).

      Please note that not all composed combinations are blocked, just some.
