Description
When opening a project, I always have this error :
:-1: error: Failed to retrieve MSVC Environment from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Professional\VC\Auxiliary\Build\vcvarsall.bat amd64_x86":
The command "C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe" could not be started.
I have clink installed, a small tool to make windows command line for GNU like. If I disable it, the error disappear. (default command line behaviour is supposed to be the same, it just adds features)
The issue was not present in QtCreator 4.6.2.
