Missing command line arguments when running with gdb

It seems like Qt Creator has some internal limitation to the number/length of command line arguments being passed to gdb.

If I run my program from a command line, passing the same arguments via "gdb –args" option, everything works as expected and the arguments show up in argc/argv.
