With latest Creator 4.8 snapshot (which is already from July 26), Goto Definiton is broken for me.

It sometimes still works for (member) variables, but completely fails for functions.

It does not matter if Clang Code Model is enabled or not.

I have the feeling that something is wrong with the position calculation, as the cursor sometimes jump around in the current file when trying to go to definition.
