[Reg 4.6 -> 4.7] Heob can't find executable

Heob uses the Run Settings / Executable string to start, but before that, it checks if it even exists.
But in 4.7 this string doesn't have the extension .exe anymore, the check fails, and it stops with an error.

Simplest would probably be to check again with .exe added, and only if this fails as well, abort.
