With non-standard file encoding, indents are spaces when editor indent is set to tabs only

When editing a file with an encoding that Qt Creator doesn't recognize, and after selecting an encoding format from the menu that Qt Creator provides, all indents are treated as spaces instead of tabs when the editor behavior set to use tabs for indentation. When saving an edited file of this type, all indentation tabs are converted to spaces.
