[Reg: 4.6.2 -> 4.7.0] Cannot establish USB connection to a device

      After updating Qt Creator to 4.7.0 the USB connection cannot be established. At first the connection seems to get up fine, but it disconnects almost immediately and reconnects just to be disconnected again. This reconnect-disconnect loop then continues forever. With previous versions of Qt Creator USB debugging worked just fine.

      Please find qdb.log attached.
