Object Inspector/Property Editor Do Not Maintain Their Layouts

      In Form Designer, when I resize the Object Inspector/Property Editor pane, they snap back to their original size when I click on a different widget.

      The picture, Manually Resized Pane.jpg, shows the pane just after I widened it. Note the combo box widget currently selected.

      The other picture, Pane Snaps Back.jpg, shows the pane back to its original size after I selected the group box.
