Windows 10, Microsoft Visual Studio 2015, QtCreator 4.7.0, tested using both Qt 5.6.1 and Qt 5.11
Description
I have a struct with a member variable which is a std::vector. On Windows, using CDB and with the "use python dumper" option disabled, the debugger always reports that this vector contains zero elements regardless of how many elements are really in it.
The problem doesn't occur when the python dumper is enabled. I have it disabled currently because of bugs QTCREATORBUG-19356 and QTCREATORBUG-20639.
