Creator sometimes crashes when trying to start the debugger after stopping debugging

I have seen some crashes with the attached stack traces when I tried to start the debugger again after having either just stopped it or having come back to Creator's UI after having killed the debugger via the command line.

I clicked on the small "Start debugging" button in the debugger view (not the one in the side bar on the left).

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce this reliably (seen this in about 2 out of 10 cases maybe)
