AutoTest: Debug/Run under cursor without the need to stand on a literal

      So far it is necessary to stand on a literal that in turn is used to identify a currently found test (case or function)

      This is unproductive if you have to explicitly get back to the line of definition of the respective test to be able to trigger this functionality.

      Make these actions work from inside a test function.
