Don't collaps "Project more->Build steps->details" when switching build configuration

      In "Project mode": expand "details" for "Build steps" (or for "Ckean Steps", "Build environment"). After this switching build configuration (with menu on the top or with "ctrl+T") collapses "Details".

      This is  inconvinient when comparing details between different build configurations: user have to use mouse to expand "Details" again.
