Flickering of parameter info tooltip

      After upgrading from QtCreator 4.7 to 4.8 the tooltip with parameter info started "flickering" one time when e.g. pressing the comma button after entering the first parameter. The parameter info tooltip appears and after a tiny delay reappears again, causing the flicker. The attached video demonstrates the problem.
