LD_LIBRARY_PATH not updated if LIBS in the project file changes

      If LIBS variable in the application project in a subdirs project changes to add another library (also part of the same subdirs project), Qt Creator does not update LD_LIBRARY_PATH it passes to the application. Which leads to application to complain about shared library not being found.

      This seems to be only fixed by restarting Qt Creator every time new libraries need to be added.
