Android: Debugging on Windows impossible

      Steps to reproduce:

      • create simple Widget Application from scratch
      • have Qt for Android and SDK/NDK stuff set up correctly and a device at hand
      • start debugging

      Current result:

      • gdbserver does not get deployed
      • debugger dies as it cannot connect
