Options dialog should point user to "android update sdk"

When build tools are missing from the Android SDK, Creator's Options dialog shows a red "X" but does not give any advice how to fix this. In the documentation one can find the command "android update sdk" which is able to solve the problem.

Creator's Options dialog should propose running this or should even be able to run the command using a button or similar.
