      Business value

      Qt Creator is one of the first views, which new developers see, when they start using Qt. Improving on-boarding may turn new users to regular users, when they love using Qt. 

      Description

      When new users / evaluators open examples in Welcome mode, they expect to enter in Edit mode, but they actually enter into Projects mode, where they need to configure the project. 

      Why not to open the example in the Edit mode, if there is only Kit available. If the user has several kits, the kits would be picked up as today.
