Occasional crashes when changing screen configuration

    Description

      I use a MacBook Pro with a retina display, and switch between my home setup (closed clamshell with 2 external monitors) and office setup (open clamshell with 1 external monitor).  Sometimes when I do that, Qt Creator crashes while responding to Cocoa's screen change notification.  I've attached a sample crash report.  Here's the crash backtrace:
