      gimp-qmlexporter is outdated since 2010 and therefore contains many bugs on export to QML.  See screenshot and attached files:

      • import Qt 4.7 instead of import QtQuick 2.0 in first line
      • wrong text color for some text fields
      • "None" for some text fields instead of real value
      • probably many others - have not tested on complex examples
      • Also GIMP plugins directory has changed and need to update INSTALL.txt: 
        ~/.config/GIMP/{ver}/plug-ins
