Debugger columns have poor default sizes

The debugger columns are small by default, with the last column taking the remaining space. The function column should take up most of the space, which is typically the most important and takes the most space. It should ideally dynamically resize if the view is resized so it fills all available space for the view without showing a scroll bar.
