Description

It seems like the clang code model is not populated correctly when MSVC2013 is used as a compiler:

How to reproduce:

Setup a kit with Qt 5.9.x /5.12.0 and MSVC2013
Load a reasonable big qmake projects, e.g. the qtcreator.pro
Open any source or header file (src/app/main.cpp in the screenshot)
