"Create property" with Alt+Enter in Qt Creator

      I suggest a "Create property" option when pressing Alt+Enter over a class attribute and make the READ parameter match the syntax get* as the "Create get and set..." does. Implement also the signal, and make the set* parameter emit it only when the attribute really change. That will be a huge speed boost when working on a QML/C++ application.
