Enable WebAssembly deployment and testing (from Qt Creator) on an embedded (B2Qt) device

    Description

      For embedded use cases, WebAssembly requires three steps that we need to enable, document and verify:

      1. Webserver to host WebAssembly running on Yocto based e-Linux B2Qt stack, required under QTBUG-73045
      2. WebAssembly app can be deployed from Qt Creator to an embedded B2Qt device running a web server (THIS REQUIREMENT)
      3. the compiled WebAssembly app can be downloaded and run from the embedded B2Qt host on an Android phone (separate requirement QTBUG-70806).
