Escape using "Ctrl + [" does not work when autocomplete suggestion list is open.

    Description

      When the autocomplete suggestion list is begin shown, pressing "Ctrl + [" should close it (equivalent to pressing ESC). But instead, it makes the cursor jump to the start of the code block (equivalent to the "[{" command).
