Allow configuring the amount of recent files shown

      E.g. a spin box in Options > Environment > System would be nice.

      Seems that the current limit is 7:

      src/plugins/coreplugin/documentmanager.cpp-    static const int m_maxRecentFiles = 7;

      An alternative to this would be to allow "pinning" files, so that Ctrl+Shift+W (Close All) doesn't close files that are pinned. I would love a feature like this because there are files that I always have open in every session.
