[REG 4.8->4.9] Clone run configuration is broken

I have a run configuration with default executable, user arguments and Run in terminal checked.

If I clone it, the arguments are cloned, but the executable is lost (and cannot be set), and Run in terminal becomes unchecked for the cloned RC.
