Search and Replace over files changed line ending schema of file from carriage return (windows) to line feed (linux)

I have files created with Windows VS2005, checked them out via svn on a linux system.

When I use Creator to search and replace over files, then all files touched by the replace have new line ending schema in the whole file (line feed instead of the carriage return it had before.)

When now looking at this file with subversion diff it shows the whole file changed.

Preserver the line endings. Creator is a platform independent tool....
