When debugging in Core Mode, the sidebar cannot be resized

When debugging in Core Mode (https://doc.qt.io/qtcreator/creator-debugger-operating-modes.html#launching-in-core-mode), the border between sidebar and workplace is not movable. Therefore, the user cannot extend/shrink the sidebar. This doesn't happen when the window is in full screen mode.
