Encourage developers to use cmake

      We should start encouraging developers to use CMake instead of qmake. This means it must be easy to create CMake projects in Qt Creator. 

      • The project wizard should offer a cmake build tool by default instead of qmake.
      • We need to add the build system selection to wizards, where it is missing. 
      • The project settings should offer CMake settings before Qbs/qmake
