I built the attached project (which has a .cpp file that accidentally includes itself due to a copy-paste error) and it gave me thousands of issues for the same problem. That on its own is annoying but not so much of a problem, but the real issue is that each time I do something in the editor (e.g. undo to try to fix it), it seems to reparse it and completely hang Creator for seconds at a time.
